Exh trans issues

I support Intersex rights

I am a T.R.A (Trans Rights Activist). I am empathetic toward Trans people. I know and love all Trans people

To fellow leftists and T.R.As, if I am not as left as I should be on any Trans view in this blog sphere, then please read this link over here and move me leftward on said Trans issue.

I know of transgender people as a small, vigorously persecuted minority, without any recourse to real civil or political protection. They live in absolute exile, as far as I could see, conjuring up for me the deepest reaches of Jewish experience.

They were driven by their ostracization to prostitution, drugs, and suicide, conjuring up for me the deepest reaches of solidarity and human experience ... I perceived their suffering as authentic. Male-to-female transgender people are in rebellion against the phallus and so are many cisgender women. Female-to-male transgender people are seeking a freedom only possible to males in patriarchy, and so are cisgender women ... every transgender person is *entitled to affirmation, and it should be provided by the community as one of its functions.

* There are negatives to entitlement, see here and here (page 10 entitlement and rights) for more

Say what you want about my Transgender views, but I am still to the left of the mainstream (i.e mainstream media, mainstream corporations, the vast majority of Americans and Canadians etc) on Transgender issues. I am a combination of Kat Blaque, Contrapoints (I love seeing Natalie's quote Andrea Dworkin as she did in a recent video), Meghan Murphy and JK Rowling on transgender issues

To echo JK Rowling: “ I respect every trans person’s right to live any way that feels authentic and comfortable to them. I’d march with you if you were discriminated against on the basis of being trans. At the same time, my life has been shaped by being female. I do not believe it’s hateful to say so”

I also echo JK Rowling here “ If sex isn’t real, there’s no same-sex attraction. If sex isn’t real, the lived reality of women globally is erased. I know and love trans people, but erasing the concept of sex removes the ability of many to meaningfully discuss their lives. It isn’t hate to speak the truth.

and here “The idea that women like me, who’ve been empathetic to trans people for decades, feeling kinship because they’re vulnerable in the same way as women - ie, to male violence - ‘hate’ trans people because they think sex is real and has lived consequences - is a nonsense.”

Counterpoint to the ‘ If sex isn’t real, there is no same sex attraction after all’ point above.:

No one is attracted to a "sex" because that's ultimately referring to unobservable traits in the way I outline throughout my blog. Yet in many ways "sex" is just as socially constructed as gender. It's only categories with arbitrary criteria that are invented by humans to attempt and simplify and typecast people into specific social groups.

It's interesting that there has been a trend in the gender studies field away from the separation of sex and gender and a return to using the terms interchangeably/together for that reason, and an overall stepping back from the idea of sex as something scientifically based and immutable.

The prevailing line of thought currently looks to be that sex is a construct that in reality only is significant and exists to reinforce the social stratifications and power structures generated by the gender binary, which obviously itself is socially constructed

I would go even as far to say that biological males and biological females are on the LGBTQ spectrum due to gender and sex being one in the same like mentioned above. Like maybe LGBTQMF

Conclusion? See this thread and this thread for some back and forth on this. Such discussion is compelling for me

Of course Transgenderism itself doesn't exist technically because according to the Queer theory gender is merely a social construct just like sex is

from here "The visual and cultural aspects of masculinity and femininity have changed over the centuries. There is no static gender.

I subscribe to Gender Nihilism and Antihumanism . Antihumanism is a cornerstone which holds gender nihilist analysis together. It is the point from which we begin to understand our present situation; it is crucial. By antihumanism, we mean a rejection of essentialism.

There is no essential human. There is no human nature. There is no transcendent self. To be a subject is not to share in common a metaphysical state of being (ontology) with other subjects."

The reason why I am very weary of transgenderism is because transgender people are sadly harmed when they try to defy the patriarchy and its gender expectations and that makes me very wary of supporting transgender rights knowing transgender people could be harmed by such patriarchy.

We need to destroy traditional gender roles (and gender roles themselves) and the patriarchy as noted elsewhere in this blog so men acting feminine etc is seen as normal as men acting masculine and women acting masculine etc is seen as normal as women acting feminine now and thus by extension where being transgender etc is seen as being normal as cisgender

I want our government to blow up the whole Cissexist, Cisgender patriarchy which can be done in part by overcoming Neoliberalism and Capitalism.

I.am critical of gender because gender itself includes the power systems that have been maintained by cisgender (non-transgender) people for centuries if not millennias to marginalize trans people and deny them the legitimacy of their identities.

TERFs tend to claim that they want to dismantle patriarchy, but they’re the ones who reinforce it. TERFs actually reproduce patriarchy by being in charge of it and using it to oppress trans women

One of the principle rules of the patriarchy is that there is no escape for anyone. According to the patriarchy the role that you were born into is all that you are allowed.

What I don't understand is, isn't feminism about fighting and destroying the patriarchy? This would imply that TERFs are upholding the patriarchy by not allowing an escape (i.e by not allowing gender change).so does that make them the TERFS, like, not feminists since in upholding the patriarchy, it inadvertently hurts cis women too?

The patriarchy also enforces cissexism, which is the discriminatory false belief system that trans people’s identities are not as ‘valid’ as cis people’s. Thus, I want to abolish these cis-sexist systems of power to help Transgender people have true freedom once and for all.

I want us to create a new hierarchy less system where Cisgender people and Transgender people have true equal rights from the get go (i.e a fresh start) in a world where culture and our institutions are changed where someones gender doesn’t matter and where there is no Cissexism or Cisgender patriarchy .

We need to change our system’s model for people of all genders/sexes.

This is builds upon merely giving Transgender people equal rights and parity in the existing Cissexist, Cisgender patriarchal system , because until we abolish the Cisgender patriarchal system, any gains in Transgender rights will just breed complacency and a false sense of equality.

If we do not change the model of accumulation, generation of wealth, how we distribute wealth, the value of work and abolish the Cissexist patriarchal system, we will not have justice and true equality for transgender people

I hope that one day transgender people who want to change to a new gender would use gender changing methods that these mice went through to be recognized as their new gender or sex

I believe we should start HEAVILY funding research to changing the biological sex of males and females using these methods (which would make them become their gender/sex naturally instead of through surgeries or hormone therapy), so trans people who want to be recognized as their new gender /sex will be go through with that type of therapy above in order to be recognized as their new gender or sex instead of what they currently do now to be recognized as such

Transgender females were females when their mother got pregnant with them then they became male in their mother’s womb, so its a natural return for them to become Transgender females after birth

Biological females going from female to transgender male is like when biological females change to biological males in their mother’s womb

Nowhere in the bible was Transgenderism condemned as a sin or even mentioned

Being Transgender was never seen as wrong by any society from BC times through the mid 20th century.

Transgender people tend to blend in perfect, like this teen and her

The views that I express in this post plays slightly into my views on Transgenderism

Caterpillars change into butterflies can change their sex,

With mother nature, spring is the period when Old Man Winter/Jack Frost (as Ēostre) transitions into Aestas/Aine/Freyr, fall is the period when Autumnus/Shruisthia (as Aestas/Aine/Freyr) transitions into Old Man Winter/Jack Frost

I believe Gender voluntarism is true. I believe that a person can choose their gender. I believe that gender is performative, not essentialist, people are free agents to perform and become the gender they want to be

There are at least some Transgender males who are biologically male, and Transgender females who are biologically female. Also see here for a similar point by me

A woman is an adult who identities as the social construct that is associated with the female sex.

Personally I support Transgender rights and affirmation for Transgender people who are at minimum at least barely into process of transitioning (or in a perfect world have a bit transitioned) with some cosmetic changes whether non medical or medical (doesn't matter which) AND who are passing , but ideally going full time

I do not think that a Transgender person needs to have gender dysphoria or to get medical cosmic changes like  growth -removal treatments, ,hormone therapy or sex reassignment surgery-various surgeries (i.e surgeries to make their face, chest, and anatomy more in line with their new gender identity) to be recognized as their new gender/sex and to get their rights.  Personally I also support Transgender rights and affirmation for Transgender people who don't meet the above conditions but who I know personally decently well and who put in effort to look and act like their new gender

Transgender people of all types legally already pretty much have all of the rights they could want already.

For Transgender people who don't meet any of the conditions above (like Transgender people who merely change their pronouns and name who don't pass), personally I am Equitably Diversely Tolerant toward those Transgender people who don't meet the conditions above getting their rights and being recognized as their new sex/gender.

The reason why personally I am Equitably Diversely Tolerant and not against is because I feel me and others creating purity tests over who is truly Transgender is a distraction from our real problems. Who cares what someones gender is, let's focus on the real problems

Legality wise, I support Transgender rights and affirmation for all Transgender people with and without dysphoria, with and without medical-cosmetic treatments, with or without transitioning (as long as they genuwuinely feel that way)

This is because I realize that gender is a social construct and per gender voluntaryism you can choose to be and perform your gender  (whatever gender you want to be). It is cool to be Trans.

Hopefully the Trans people who have dysphoria can have society fix that dysphoria without what I would call treatment (in fact we should always affirm each trans person's true identity [with or without dysphoria and constructed by the trans person themselves not the onlookers] instead of causing confusion for trans people)

Changing sex is like identifying as a frog.

Transgender people don't need to present differently from their ASAB or transition in any sense to still be transgender.  Anyone who identifies as a trans woman is a trans woman and anyone who identifies as a trans man is a man. See here for a similar point I conditionally (in an omniliberal way) agree with by Abigail Thorn (Philosophytube)

As noted in my blogs, I want us to abolish our Cisgender patriarchal system (using Gender acceleration and the Queer theory) so Transgender people can have true equality instead of having only hollow and shallow parity on our existing Cissexist patriarchal system.  I also want us to be able to use this type of gender changing surgery to allow Trans people to change their gender and sex more naturally.  I want us to abolish gender since gender is over

Trans women are Trans women and Cis women are Cis women and all are women. Transwomen are women

See here for more

I support the message of both memes in this link. The way I balance those meme views can be seen throughout my blogs

I support Transgender marriage

There is no such thing as Cisgender Privilege.

The Super straight movement is ok as long as it isn’t transphobic. It is NOT transphobic for non transgender people to not want to date transgender people. It is their right to be picky about who they marry when it comes to gender of their spouse. Some cisgender people want to marry cisgender people they can naturally have a child with. Nothing wrong with that

from here: "Who we are, the very core of our being, might perhaps not be found in the categorical realm of being at all. The self is a convergence of power and discourses.

Every word you use to define yourself, every category of identity within which you find yourself place, is the result of a historical development of power. Gender, race, sexuality, and every other normative category is not referencing a truth about the body of the subject or about the soul of the subject. These categories construct the subject and the self.

There is no static self, no consistent “I”, no history transcending subject. We can only refer to a self with the language given to us, and that language has radically fluctuated throughout history, and continues to fluctuate in our day to day life.

We are nothing but the convergence of many different discourses and languages which are utterly beyond our control, yet we experience the sensation of agency. We navigate these discourses, occasionally subverting, always surviving. The ability to navigate does not indicate a metaphysical self which acts upon a sense of agency, it only indicates that there is symbolic and discursive looseness surrounding our constitution.

We thus understand gender through these terms. We see gender as a specific set of discourses embodied in medicine, psychiatry, the social sciences, religion, and our daily interactions with others.

We do not see gender as a feature of our “true selves,” but as a whole order of meaning and intelligibility which we find ourselves operating in. We do not look at gender as a thing which a stable self can be said to possess. On the contrary we say that gender is done and participated in, and that this doing is a creative act by which the self is constructed and given social significance and meaning."

While fighting for trans rights are important and we should protect Transgender people from bigotry and being oppressed, fighting to end our inflation (see here for instance), and even for reigning in a Post Capitalist society where these inflations won’t happen in the first place and with income and gender equality, is more important at this time than endlessly fighting for Transgender rights since Transgender people aren’t revolutionary

Though being non revolutionary isn’t bad, it is just a different role for people to take in ushering in a socialistic society , see these non revolutionaries who were helping to reign in a socialistic revolution in their unique non revolutionary way. Democratic Socialists are also non revolutionary and they are just as important to ushering in a socialistic society as Marxists and Anarchists are, as Democratic Socialists use Democratic methods to achieve this

We need to make Transgender socialism a reality to help Trans people better socioecnomically and as an alternative to trangender reductionism  and to fix the above class reductionist issue. I support Transgender socialism

A socialistic, Post Capitalist world will benefit Transgender people more than what they fight for now will.

However I support Transgender people because I am Left Wing (including part Marxist Leninist) and thus I stand against all forms of bigotry and oppression. But I am class reductionist toward Transgender people (but I am not class reductionist toward gay people)

I support NY’s new inclusive licenses and ids that use an X

The biological arguments against Transgenderism are eerily similar to scientific racism. We must not be scientifically racist , racist, scientifically transphobic or transphobic ever.

From Roar Mag

The very concept of “male” and “female” are western constructs, that ignore that other cultures have historically had different conceptions of gender.

More importantly, the concept of “biology” itself has been used and continues to be used to enforce not only transphobia but also racism. Human biology as we know it was founded by white colonists, and it pathologized race, framing it as genetic difference, in order to more easily subjugate non-white people.

“Science” in all contexts must be viewed critically, with an understanding of the perspectives through which it is viewed. There are countless examples of science being used to justify discrimination. Scientific racism has been used most often against Black people globally since the colonization of the American and African continents.

White people wielded the terminology of science as an “objective and rational” tool to justify slavery. They argued that enslaved Black people were inherently less human, that they had a “disease” that made them want to run away from enslavement. In 1994, The Bell Curve by Richard Herrnstein and Charles Murray claimed that Black Americans are naturally inferior because of lower IQ scores.

Transphobic pseudoscience can be seen in Janice Raymond’s The Transsexual Empire: The Making of the She-Male, a book that came out in 1979 but was reissued in 1994. In the book, Raymond claims that trans people psychologically and surgically reinforce gender stereotypes. She even goes as far as to argue — with no evidence — that trans-affirming surgeries were developed in nazi concentration camps.

Genny Beemyn explains that “for Raymond, transsexual women are not women but ‘castrated’ and ‘deviant’ men who were a creation of the medical and psychological specialties that arose… Ignoring centuries of gender nonconformity in cultures around the world, she erroneously considers transsexuality to be a recent phenomenon stemming from the development of genital surgeries.”

While TERFs today might not always use comparisons as extreme as Raymond, they do use the terminology of modern medicine to denounce gender nonconformity, disregarding long histories of people outside the western gender binary. Human biology, constructed by those in power and used to advance oppression, views the colonized and the enslaved as subjects to study, deviations from a white, cisgender norm

How do people know there is no genetic component at play in Transgenderism?  You never really know a person's chromosomes. Again see here

My other thoughts on Gender Critic, Radfem Terfism can be found here

My views on the defunct r/GenderCritical subreddit and Ovarit can be found here

I believe there might be some element of biological reality of being a man or woman, but as noted above, it is more complicated than that and more research is needed

I support the Man or Woman segment that used to be on the Maury show and I hope he brings those segments back

This is from Roar Mag  Provides a good solution to decrease violence against Transgender women

Transmisogynistic violence is very real, and its rate is increasing. In 2018, 26 trans people were killed in the US, most of them Black women. Forbes Magazine reported that there were 331 recorded murders of trans people internationally — though the real number is likely much higher — over a one-year period between 2018 and 2019.

What’s more, TERFs are trying to exclude trans women from the very spaces where they could find refuge from abuse and assault. Forcing trans women out of women’s shelters and into men’s shelters or the streets will only put them in more danger of violence.

I am fine with Transgender people in the military, see this for more

Women don’t have prostates

In line with my private/at heart views, I believe that this man raped a 7 year old child, he should not be put into a woman's prison. He belongs in a man's prison.

Him changing his pronouns plus the threat he poses to female inmates means he should be put in a men's prison instead of a woman's prison. He is gaming the system; he is pretending to a be a woman so he can be jailed with women so he can abuse them.  I am trying to get him transferred to a man's prison where he belongs.

And no even with 'gender affirming care' he should not be in a woman's prison (though if it causes him to pass as a woman as good as the transwoman way above I cited, then I will say in that far fetched scenario  if he ends up looking like a woman him being in a male prison at that point is as bad as that guy now being in a female prison).   In that situation I don't care where he is placed

I am am against Cisphobia . I have been depressed and horrified like this rich petty bourgeois girl being Cisphobic and I have zero tolerance for that. She was wrong for being Cisphobic . I have dedicated my life to ending Cisphobis forever, no matter what

I can name as many genders as most students at Cal Berkeley can name

Personally, I am indifferent leaning toward a political position that is in between other side political post position and not support for CHILDREN between 4 or 5 and 16 becoming Transgender , partly because I feel that they might be victims of bullying and discrimination by their peers if they become transgender that young.

Personally, this view of mine, is to protect them from bullying, not to deny them their rights. But my other reasons are , let kids be kids. Kids aren’t old enough to vote, work full time or have real jobs, go to war, consent to sex, drive, but they can magically decide to change their gender and we are cool with this? really?

If kids aren’t mature enough to do the above things why are they mature enough to change their gender?

This article has some good insight on this

We need to have an open discussion about teenage girls who have extreme sexual trauma and eating disorders being over-diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

This is not some transphobic rhetoric that people make up, this is a real phenomenon that plenty detransitioned women have experienced.

They were in denial about the effect of their trauma on their relationships with their bodies, they confused with gender dysphoria, and often they were very pressured to transition by well meaning but overzealous therapists who told them that medical transition was the only option for them to be saved from suicide, and they all were universally left in a worse state due to the medical transition that made them hate their bodies even more and just further prevented them from addressing the roots of their emotional agony.

I just feel it's so concerning that people keep being accused of being transphobic for speaking about this.

We have to stop unknowingly doing things which even give the appearance of sexualizing kids.

I also agree with this article by NYMag on the whole trans kids issue

The issue involving transgenderism is the children.  That’s always been the main concern by me and other decent people involving transgenderism. Adults can do what they like (Libertarian reasons).

But if denying kids puberty blockers or transgender medical care leads to their health suffering unrelated to Transgenderism and or if denying them puberty blockers means those kids will still identify as Transgender without even passing as such and without transitioning non medically (and because it was never illegal for kids of any age to be Transgender in the US until the last few years), personally, I will stand down and won't show any hesitation to or be off political compass on those kids above getting that help

Giving kids puberty blockers might be good for non pro affirmation reasons at least since it allows kids to be kids a little longer instead of growing up too fast.

Personally, I can stomach and maybe even strongly tolerate infants and toddlers (from newborn to 3 or 4 years of age) becoming transgender because that would mean since they are already transitioned to their new gender, when they get older they will thus not feel a need to change their gender due to social pressure or overzealous therapists and also because being trans from that age onward is almost like they were born as the gender they changed to as an infant/toddler, so it feels more ‘natural’ . But personally I don't support any youth between birth and somewhere in the teens transitioning unless r/transgender can convince me otherwise

Basically a lesser of two controversial practices . I would never want my niece to be transgender at any age below 17

Legality wise, I am trying to abolish the state , hierarchies, the cisgender patriarchy, so I don’t need to state legality wise if before we abolish the state , hierarchies, the cisgender patriarchy, if I support children becoming Transgender between ages of 4 and 5 and 16 becoming Transgender (legality wise I lean support for infants and toddlers (from newborn to 3 or 4 years of age) becoming transgender AND transitioning to their new gender from newborn to 3 or 4) even in our current cissexist, statist, hierarchy society).

The truth is, hearing far right neocon neoliberal reactionary Jennifer Rubin support kids becoming Trans, I have to give lip service to being against that on principal just so I am not on the same side of Jennifer Rubin on this issue

I believe that children should get consent from their parents before becoming Transgender.

I believe that if children don’t like how their parents are treating them that children should have an unconditional right to end their parents’ guardianship at any age where they are physically capable of running away.

I feel that this right should also include the right for the child to strike out on their own with them being allowed to become Transgender after striking out on their own (even without their parents permission to become transgender, but not before they strike out on their own)

Neither parents nor the State should have any right to force runaway children to return to the guardianship of any adult against the child’s will

Sarah Huckabee Sanders and similar Christian right politicians are wrong for being so rigid on the Transgender kids issue. At least I am creatively flexible on that issue, they however are unfortunately not

I am against woketard Nicola Sturgeon’s trans zealotry and I echo this article by Spike on that . But what Nicola is doing is not an affront or threat to democracy at all. Though at least this woke policy by her lowers the age of consent a bit so that might be a silver lining

I am glad that Sweden is ending gender affirming care for youth. It is a positive move in the right direction

I would like to clarify that recent modern science doesn’t support transitioning. Modern science does rightfully support a person’s choice to choose but not the actual act of transitioning.

Specifically because of major black mail, threats and social media backlash on the scientific community for even contemplating it may be unhealthy.

This is very very common in child transitioning.

We have evidence that proves that it is terrible for any person under the minimum age of 21 , with the recommended age for transitioning being 28 , to even contemplate hormonal therapy's or surgerys.

The suicide rate is even more exorbitant in teenage girls due to the social pressures that are involved with how ‘normalized’ the LGBTQ society is that children think it is common to be transgender just because they feel different, when in reality it is really just puberty and growing up with social media etc

All in all the trans bans misses the point but do not  just believe something is good because a group of people vehemently say that it is good.

I have no real issues with adults choosing to be whatever they want to be, but modern science does not support it. Modern science does not disclaim it out of courtesy but it does not agree with it either. This is a good compromise by science and shows they know how to properly handle sensitive social issues in an uplifting and non divisive way

There is NOTHING wrong or transphobic about a woman saying they are proud to be a woman. I fully support Adele's 2022 Brit Awards speech. Her speech was 100 percent positive and great.

I do not support gender neutral clothing replacing binary clothing at stores or by brands. I would highly prefer clothing stores (i.e like Walmart, Macy’s, Myer Australia, Dillard’s, Marshall’s, Kohl’s etc) and brands continuing to make and sell clothing by sex or gender like boy’s, girl’s, men’s, women’s until we abolish gender, (maybe sex), patriarchy (i.e male patriarchy) and cisgender patriarchy

I am apolitical on gender neutral clothes being labeled ‘gender neutral girls’, ‘gender neutral boys’, ‘ gender neutral women’, ‘gender neutral men’

I support gender acceleration so I am already an ally to non binary and gender non conforming people

But I downplay this gender neutral clothing hangup I have. Since unisex clothing was popular in the 1960s and 1970s , I won’t push this issue and focus on more important relevant issues instead

Here is my reaction/takes to/on some recent non binary in the news stories

I'm not entirely convinced that being nonbinary renunciates identity or essentialism; instead, I believe that it's predicated on fundamental misunderstandings that reinforce both identity and essentialism.

Like, let's say I go up to someone and I say to that person  "he walked into that store" to someone else when I am being asked as to said person's location.

I've obtained some info from the person in question’s appearance, but did I assume something about essence in this case? I don't think that that type of statement is by itself a judgment of the interior status of said person, a declaration about the identity of that person, when instead, it’s how that person appeared to be conducting himself relative to the family of outward markers which I connect with "masculinity."

In so much as I may believe that this person to be of a masculine identity, this assumption that I have is posterior to said associative process, but not anterior though, and supposing that there is ever any attention given to the individual’s inner life at all.

The assumptions behind "nonbinary" are used to reinforce the systems of markers that are already associated with the masculine and feminine and often to reduce masculinity and femininity to radical expressions - to stereotypes - just so nonbinary are distinct from them, as something more verbal than simply verbal.

In a less abstract way, to declare masculine identity as not being a part of oneself , but being nonbinary, one has already believed that "masculine identity" has a bit of definitive interior content which one can offset in the first place, and that to identify oneself as a man is in need of some kind of this interior content to belong to one's sense of self either as a basic attribute, or an imagined self to which one has to conform in order to be able o possess the identity (or, oftentimes, both).

Moreover, the content that was rejected is more than the use of pronouns but is involved with an array of stereotypes such as thinking, appearance, behavioral and so on marking the given gender. While these stereotypes existed before "nonbinary," the inferred exclusion of alternative non-stereotypical attributes to a not-masculine or not-feminine gender category leans on the narrowing of the gender identities to these sorts of stereotypes.

Or to put it another way, one wants you to know that masculinity has a kind of essence internal to it by way of the declaration of not belonging to this kind of an essence; nonbinary doesn't reject essentialism though it subtly is reliant on the ideas of gender essentiality so that it has meaning at all

Similarly from here:

"We will (through gender abolishment/gender rebellion) also make it understood that the practice of adding more gender categories to the list of possible genders does not free us from gender; in fact, it reinforces it.

When nonconforming females must label themselves with gender categories other than “woman,” this reinforces the belief that females who are not feminine are not real women, and therefore reinforces the harmful social construct of femininity and essentialist ideas about who women are.

Similarly, the tendency among males to assign alternate gender labels on men who do not perform masculinity properly reinforces the social construct of masculinity, which limits men and oppresses women."

I believe transgender women should not be allowed to get cervical cancer screenings since they don't have those organs and that transgender men should be allowed to get cervical and breast cancer screenings

It should not be a crime or a cancelable offense to dead name or misgender a trans person. Deadnaming and misgendering dehumanizes Trans people and makes their lives harder and if I was Trans and dead named I would be triggered and go nuts, but that does not make dead naming a criminal act

I hope and pray that Transgender women will be able to become pregnant in the future as this article suggests. That would be so based .

I support the VAWRA Act of 2012. to include actual or perceived sex/gender

It is often said that the gender spectrum is a new gender prison.

from here

The social system of gender has been limiting our potential as people and completely ruining lives for countless generations.

In our modern era, we should be able to cast off these old chains and get rid of this oppressive system for good, but instead, gender is winning—it is being held up as a most important and sacred part of humanity that must be respected at all costs.

We, the gender rebels, declare that the sacred part of a human is her personality and her self; not the stereotypes that are attributed to her by the gender system. As gender rebels, we resolve to unite against gender and rid humanity of this oppression once and for all, so that people may be free to express themselves and pursue happiness and satisfaction in all areas of their lives.

Gender is the system of classification that imposes strict rules and limitations on people based solely on their reproductive function. These rules come in two forms—masculinity, which prescribes socially-dictated appropriate behaviour and dress for males, and femininity, which prescribes socially-dictated appropriate behaviour and dress for females. Masculinity and femininity are social constructs which place males and females in a hierarchy with males in the dominant role and females in the subordinate role."

The solution is to abolish gender altogether. We do not need gender. We would be better off without it. Gender as a hierarchy with two positions .

So I am a gender rebel and I support gender abolishment (I agree with that manifesto) and Gender nihilist gender abolishment (I agree with that manifesto)

from here "The current movement within trans politics has sought to try to broaden gender categories, in the hope that we can alleviate their harm. This is naive. Judith Butler refers to gender as, “the apparatus by which the production and normalization of masculine and feminine take place along with the interstitial forms of hormonal, chromosomal, psychic, and performative that gender assumes.”

If the current liberal politics of our trans comrades and siblings are rooted in trying to expand the social dimensions created by this apparatus, our work is a demand to see it burned to the ground.

I support Gender Nihilism since I am at an impasse

This is because the current politics of trans liberation have staked their claims on a redemptive understanding of identity. Whether through a doctor or psychologist’s diagnosis, or through a personal self affirmation in the form of a social utterance, we have come to believe that there is some internal truth to gender that we must divine.

An endless set of positive political projects have marked the road we currently travel; an infinite set of pronouns, pride flags, and labels

I am a radical who have had enough with attempts to salvage gender. I do not believe we can make it work for us. I look at the transmisogyny trans people have faced in their own lives, the gendered violence that our comrades, both trans and cis have faced, and I realize that the apparatus itself makes such violence inevitable. I have had enough.

I am not looking to create a better system, for I am not interested in positive politics at all. All I demand in the present is a relentless attack on gender and the modes of social meaning and intelligibility it creates.

At the core of this Gender Nihilism lies several principles that will be explored in detail here: Antihumanism as foundation and cornerstone, gender abolition as a demand, and radical negativity as method."

I also have this view I posted here on the intersectionality of Gender abolishment and Gender non conforming

Postgenderism should be used as a last ditch effort at worst, for sexual and gender liberation if nature keeps oppressing marginalized sexes and genders.

If anyone is to blame for oppressing genders and sexes it is nature. Postgenderism wants to abolish or seriously alter the gender binary, as such a arbitrary binary causes bigots to be repress people.

Postgenderism would abolish gender roles, but also to blur the line to the extreme between biological sexes by using biotechnology and neurotechnology or even make them obsolete

This would liberate sexists, cissexists, transsexists, transphobes etc from their bigotry since differences between genders sex wouldn’t exist.

Postgenderism is not exclusively supportive of androgyny,

Postgenderism is not fully against the existence of gender roles in some form; some variants of postgenderism only call for the deemphasization of gender roles.

In that situation, people would be able to identify as a gender if they chose to do so, but identifying as one wouldn’t be mandatory, and gender roles would have not have that much, if any bearing on how people really act or are treated by society.

Postgenderism, is not directly concerned with having physical sex or with sexuality. Postgenderism offers a more egalitarian system where individuals are classified by factors like age, talents, and interests instead of gender.

So after we become a postgender society we can have a government with a extremely diverse and extremely inclusive (with "goals" and "timetables" for diversity for various reasons) postgender , post matriarchal/matriarchal adjacent witch cult

So basically this all would breed Radical Negativity which we would use after gender abolishment and postgenderism.  This includes experimenting with ways of building autonomy that are also anti-essentialist and recognize the heterogeneity/cisgeneity/sexgeneity of supposedly static categories. This would include negative affirmation of identity in order to prevent any positive affirmation of another) like below:

from here

"At the heart of our gender abolition is a negativity. We seek not to abolish gender so that a true self can be returned to; there is no such self. It is not as though the abolition of gender will free us to exist as true or genuine selves, freed from certain norms. Such a conclusion would be at odds with the entirety of our antihumanist claims. And thus we must take a leap into the void.

A moment of lucid clarity is required here. If what we are is a product of discourses of power, and we seek to abolish and destroy those discourses, we are taking the greatest risk possible. We are diving into an unknown. The very terms, symbols, ideas, and realities by which we have been shaped and created will burn in flames, and we cannot know or predict what we will be when we come out the other side.

This is why we must embrace an attitude of radical negativity. All the previous attempts at positive and expansionist gender politics have failed us. We must cease to presume a knowledge of what liberation or emancipation might look like, for those ideas are themselves grounded upon an idea of the self which cannot stand up to scrutiny; it is an idea which for the longest time has been used to limit our horizons. Only pure rejection, the move away from any sort of knowable or intelligible future can allow us the possibility for a future at all.

While this risk is a powerful one, it is necessary. Yet in plunging into the unknown, we enter the waters of unintelligibility. These waters are not without their dangers; and there is a real possibility for a radical loss self. The very terms by which we recognize each other may be dissolved. But there is no other way out of this dilemma. We are daily being attacked by a process of normalization that codes us as deviant. If we do not lose ourselves in the movement of negativity, we will be destroyed by the status quo. We have only one option, risks be damned.

This powerfully captures the predicament that we are in at this moment. While the risk of embracing negativity is high, we know the alternative will destroy us. If we lose ourselves in the process, we have merely suffered the same fate we would have otherwise. Thus it is with reckless abandon that we refuse to postulate about what a future might hold, and what we might be within that future. A rejection of meaning, a rejection of known possibility, a rejection of being itself. Nihilism. That is our stance and method.

Relentless critique of positive gender politics is thus a starting point, but one which must occur cautiously. For if we are to criticize their own normative underpinnings in favor of an alternative, we only fall prey once again to the neutralizing power of normalization. Thus we answer the demand for a clearly stated alternative and for a program of actions to be taken with a resolute “no.” The days of manifestos and platforms are over. The negation of all things, ourselves included, is the only means through which we will ever be able to gain anything"

Basically through at least some of the above methods, there would be some approximation of a world with...

"no expectations that humans must take on certain traits, mannerisms or roles based on their reproductive anatomy;

no such thing as “curing” people who perform their gender role incorrectly because there are no gender roles to perform;

The full range of human personality can be expressed by persons of either sex;

Men and women are fully equal and no one may dominate another or reduce another to an object for sexual or reproductive use;

Children are not punished for playing with the wrong toys because there is no such thing as assigning certain toys to children based on their sex;

Clothing and appearance are divorced from sex role expectations; men and women can express themselves with any clothing and appearance they find comfortable.

We will make it understood that the feminist movement has always sought to emancipate women from limiting gender roles and in doing so, to abolish the system of gender. Abolishing gender does not mean abolishing human personality or self-expression; it means abolishing the social rules and freeing humans to express their personalities regardless of sex."

I totally agree with Ryan Grim here and his base take here:

"Yesterday I talked about new polling and focus group research done by trans rights advocates that found cases like this one swing massively *against* defenders of the policy. They also found that trans rights supporters are generally unaware of the issue, as the MSM ignores it" which was in response to this

Some other universe takes can be found here

I sort of condone to echo these takes here

I sort of echo this insight on gender

Some takes and reaction by me on the hardships of people being Asexual can be found here

I am pretty much overall against Donald Trump's anti transgender plans for if he becomes President (as mentioned here). Those plans are reactionary, ultra statist, textbook authoritarian, mean spirited, bigoted, ignorant and harsh. Trump's ideas there are also sexist as he pushes for archaic gender role nonsense. We should condemn such sh*tty ideas like Trump's ideas there.   We need a Democrat to come up with better plans for the Trans community

I am against that all trans-non binary hockey tournament in Wisconsin and I hope that such woke nonsense ever happens again

That NHL’s support for the trans-non binary hockey tournament hockey tournament is blatant wokeness, idpol, and is very divisive.

As can be seen here, here , here and elsewhere in my blog I am against such overkill idpol , Liberal 2.0 Corporate tyranny, exploiting and commodifying LGBTQ people and I don’t think very highly wokeness . So NHL is in the wrong here

These woke bourgeois billionaire NHL pr department person who promoted this woke tournament are unknowingly making Trans people out to be freak shows with this woke stunt of promoting said tournament. I agree with the blowback the NHL got by the Twitter users in this link

The NHL’s woke endorsement tournament is misplaced and is rightfully going to make NHL lose millions of fans since most hockey fans don’t want Transgender and ‘non binary’ people shoved down their fucking throat . We want to escape this blatant woke idpol rhetoric and not have it shoved in our fucking faces. Shame on hockey for that.

Those trans and non binary people are within their right to start their own league and teams with whoever they want (freedom of association, voluntary whatever), but that doesn’t mean the NHL has to amplify it either.

Transgender advocacy demands respect for customized gender identities with personal pronouns that may change on a whim and crucifies anyone who doesn’t used their personal pronouns. This is type of behavior by Transgender people is beyond words

There is awkwardness when Transgender people are asked in some contexts to describe their preferred gender pronouns. People engage in pronoun introductions with that practice in ways that can be somewhat problematic

The Pronoun Sharing Ritual during introductions ("Hi I'm John Doe, I use these pronouns ...") can cause some Trans people to suffer dysphoria, because some Trans people don’t want to be in a situation where it's necessary to think about their gender -- some of thrm simply wants to be read, by presentation, as a man or woman.

This does not mean that Pronoun Sharing Ritual should be abolished per say……

I prefer neopronouns to gender neutral pronouns, especially for non binary people but also for Transgender people.

Some neopronouns I think should replace regular pronouns include: ou, thon, ze/hir, he’er, heer, his’er, him’er, hir, co/coself, fae/faer (like Wikipedia and Wiki commons user Fae), ey/em, ma'fa th Æ r

Some neo pronouns are older than you think (third person.singular) would be ou (1789 William H Marshall), thon (Scots version of you which means ‘that one’), Ze (1864, added to MW dictionary 1934), he'er, his'er and him'er (early 1910s, Frank Pond, Chicago public-school system), heer (1913 Funk & Wagnalls dictionary), hir (Sacramento Bee 1920s-1940s), co/coself (1970 Mary Orovan, Twin Oaks community)

I give some hot takes on radical neopronoun wokeness from a NY Times article in this post

Neopronouns can be helpful for genderqueer people to find "something that was made for them"[22] and also for neurodivergent people, who might struggle with their gender identity

from here "The self, the subject is a product of power. The “I” in “I am a man” or “I am a woman” is not an “I” which transcends those statements. Those statements do not reveal a truth about the “I,” rather they constitute the “I.” Man and Woman do not exist as labels for certain metaphysical or essential categories of being, they are rather discursive, social, and linguistic symbols which are historically contingent. They evolve and change over time; their implications have always been determined by power."

Neopronouns are good because people can choose the labels they want with more flexibility  (words don't have meaning anyway).

As a preteen and teen I falsely use to think the NFL player on a particular NFL card , my mom (on literally one or two occasions) and a classmate of mine thought that I was a girl.

This was due to my overactive imagination and ocd. but this helps me relate to Transgender people and non binary people in the present

It is ridiculous that Transgender women who are not guydykes can be considered ‘lesbians’. I can become a woman, continue to be attracted to women and boom I am magically a lesbian. This is also a form of lesbian erasure and needs to be called out to prevent real lesbians from being erased

I am fine with Dylan Mulvaney being an influencer for Budweiser. Budweiser is just rightfully moving away from their  fratty image and Dylan teaming with them was a clear way to make this shift. Though the real concern is the fact Budweiser is starting to wrongly target younger people with their products which is very concerning.  I do however like John Rich's new alternative to Budweiser more than I like Budweiser.

These demented, sick, psychopathic, disrespectful, gross, shameful, evil Twitter monsters are absolutely wrong and the SCUM OF THE EARTH for what they did on Twitter to this grieving father who lost his child and to the memory of said child. I condemn the hateful, barbian, senseless, repugnant harassment they did to him and to the memory of his child

That father did NOTHING to do deserve such harassment and his deceased child (who is in heaven now), should not have ANY negative comments made about him.

Anything other than an unconditional expression of condolence about that father's child's death shows a lack of moral fibre or empathy for those evil Twitter trolls who harassed that grieving father. Using the loss of a child to have a cheap dig, it doesn't get much more disgusting than that. Those Twitter trolls who attacked that father and his child have no shame

Rarely have Tweets like the ones made by those Twitter trolls who tweeted hateful, disrespectful and evil attacks at that grieving father, made me so angry but their tweets did that to me for sure. It’s unthinkable that people would ever think this is acceptable. It is NOT ACCEPTABLE and it is ABSOLUTELY EVIL, WRONG and DEMONIC  The veil that hides those Twitter trolls hate is thin indeed.

They could've said nothing yknow.. like there's a place and time to bring up 'harmful' beliefs and that wasn't the time nor the way.  Like do we have to shove it into everything ? Imagine a 9/11 post and were like “ but trans rights” like it’s tone deaf

Those Twitter trolls who attacked that grieving father and his deceased child are making Transgender people look so freaking bad and I hate what they did to this grieving father and his deceased son so hard.
