I practically and generally support the Non-aggression principle in ways that Mark Twain would support it “What presents itself to us as bourgeois legality is nothing but the violence of the ruling class, a violence raised to an obligatory norm from the outset” Rosa L "Move toward a system based in redemption, not punishment. We must reallocate resources and invest in education, housing, healthcare, jobs, and other programs that address the root of crime. " Justice Democrats "We must also end *qualified immunity, create stronger civilian review boards, demilitarize the police, and support violence interruption programs that have a track record of helping our communities." Justice Democrats *Or at worst pragmatically Radically Centrist idea on ending qualified immunity that meshes with moralism (see below) I feel that everyone deserves a fair trial (even fascists) I agree with this article and its critique of Australia's over the top, authoritaria...
My abortion views below apply equally to Cisgender women, Transgender women (in the future when they might be able to ), Transgender men, Biological men (in the future if they can become pregnant and have children). Abortion laws do not only target women, but they also target the separate condition of pregnancy. Women's bodies are not required for gestation, so they are still being given equal protection under the law (Infertile women can’t get pregnant) Transgender males can get pregnant and my views on abortion are the same for them as they are for biological cisgender women who get pregnant. My mom had toxemia when she was pregnant with me and I still have negative memories about that. This causes my conscious to be involuntarily receptive to Pro life SJW propaganda (like Pro life SJWs saying that abortion is a ‘mixture of spiritual and physical feeling’) where I see the unborn fetus as an unborn child, in some cases as myself which means I even sympathize with calls to r...
Queer/gay views I am pro LGBTQ (I am Heteroflexible curious) and LGBTQ people have a right to do what they do, since the government should never dictate what people do privately or civilly . The government has no right to dictate our lives. I am inclusive toward LGBTQ people and I want them to be left alone , free of harassment. I will always stand with the LGBTQ community against discrimination You are gay?, Cool, It doesn't matter. It is OK to be Gay. Systematically I support allowing any two people to be able to marry each other, regardless of sex, gender or orientation and that is how the law should have been framed Legality wise, I am pragmatically Live and Let Live on same sex marriage being legal, partly for these reasons , these reasons and these reasons and because I am an Anarcho Libertarian and free love is a current within Anarchism . Same sex couples have a right to be as miserable as straight ma...
